  • 1. Can I place some sample as trial order?

    Yes, we accept sample order but we\'d like to ask you to payment by 100% TT before start to production.

    2. MOQ and Printing

    The min quantity per design should be more than 10 pieces.

    3. How to place an order?

    Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
    * Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination port, transportation method (by air or by ocean container)
    * Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
    * Delivery time required
    * Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
    * Forwarder\'s contact details if there\'s any( in China or Hong Kong )

    4. Lead time

    It depends on our order in hand. Normally one container need 5-30 days after the advance arrival our account.

    5. Payment terms

    T/T in advance or irrevocable L/C at sight after order confirmation.

    6. Quality warranty

    In order to avoid some quality problem happening we set-up QC team in 2003 whose follow up the quality from our sale department pass production sheet to workshop supervisor. If there is any quality problem on our products, please take photo and send by E-mail to us checking we will ship you the new products of fine quality accordingly ASAP.

    7. Capacity of per month?

    Normally it can delivery 20 container per month but in busy season ,for example the exhibition order &Christmas order, the orders urgent we will have night shift then it will have 30container one month.

    8. Do you make sizes other than what is listed?

    Yes, please submit your needs via email or fax.

    9. Does the glass need to be tempered?

    Yes. All the glass tables are tempered. We don\'t accept normally glass to made table. It will easy to broken and hurt the people if glass didn\'t tempered
